Doom and Gloom

For a lot of folks January tends to be depressing...very doom and gloom.It has been no different in our neck of the woods....as much as we need the rain,it still puts a veneer of gray over our heads...so what do we do?Watch the primaries!!!I surprise myself and I am sure Jean is a bit surprised that we choose politics over movies and other weekday fair to watch.We have been known to watch not only the primaries but the debates,returns,speeches,interviews,etc.everything that goes along with it.......We also actually read the articles in the newspaper addressing the same thing.What has gotten into us?We have become political geeks.Well I guess I could think of worse things we could be doing...like going to bars and drinking to oblivion or crawling under the blankets and not getting out of bed....or calling into work and staying in my PJ's.Hmmm...those things don't sound half bad.
